10:45-11AM: break

11-11:45 AM: Using the ACT Matrix to Stop The Cycle

11:45 AM - 12PM: break

12-12:45 PM: Restorative Yoga

Break for lunch and walks outside

Afternoon Session:

1:30-3:30 PM: Fidget toy creation with Rachel (breaks taken as needed)

3:30-4 PM: Closing Session
