Your Body Knows the Truth

Living with chronic illness means your body is telling you something real - even when doctors, family, or previous therapists have dismissed your symptoms as "just stress" or "all in your head."

I take a different approach. I believe that trauma and illness affect both your mind and body. Your racing heart, constant fatigue, and unexplained pain aren't just symptoms to manage - they're your body's way of communicating. Your nervous system holds these experiences, influencing everything from your energy levels to how you handle stress.

That's why we'll work with your whole experience - physical, mental, and emotional. Through proven approaches like Somatic Experiencing and ACT, we'll help your body feel safer, develop practical coping strategies, and build a life that honors both your struggles and your strengths.

You deserve a therapist who believes your symptoms are real. In our work together, you'll find a space where your experiences are validated, your body's wisdom is respected, and healing can happen at your own pace.
