10:30 am - 12:00 pm EST

Location: Zoom Webinar

Be honest: when’s the last time you were actually excited to make plans with friends or get up for work? Living with chronic pain can be a relentless struggle. It’s easy to get trapped in the cycle of “finding and fixing” or seeing your pain as another obstacle to overcome. You’ve tried to ignore it, push through it, or fix it with quick solutions, but the toll is exhausting - both physically and mentally.

Chronic pain doesn't just affect your body. It drains your mental energy, hinders your focus, and can impact your day-to-day function.

If you see your chronic pain as just another thing to fix, it’s time for a fresh approach.

What if you could stop fighting your pain and start working with it instead?

In this workshop, Jason presents a perspective that moves away from the traditional "find-and-fix" mentality and instead highlights the need to make sense of your pain rather than just getting rid of it first.

In this session, Jason presents a paired strategy to understand and calm the body’s pain:

“Calming the Bear + Building the Body”

In the Calm Your Pain Workshop, you'll gain tools and insights to navigate chronic pain with greater compassion, confidence, and practical tips. We’ll discuss the concept of “Body Partnership” to understand how to work with the body as an ally.

Jason will guide attendees in a group practice of calming techniques and provide insight for practical scenarios in managing pain with body responsiveness. You will leave the workshop with fresh resources to approach your pain and be further empowered to cope and find relief.
